Single Reviews: The Radiant Twist

Twiggy Branches are a New York-based quartet play their unique style of punk rock with an upbeat sensibility, with a hint of melancholy. The band released their debut EP this year, ‘Waste Not, Want More’, an incredibly energetic listen that ends far too soon making you hope for more. This group also like to do things in the more old fashioned style of recording the whole track live. They have recently released their latest single ‘The Radiant Twist’ on July 2 which was recorded by Paul Kostabi and mixed by Grammy winner Carl Glanville.

Interview: Tarah Carpenter and Coralie Hervé from Tarah Who?

Tarah Who? if you are wandering who then let me enlighten you. They are a strong power duo, bonded together by telepathic musical interplay and profound interpersonal connections. Tarah Who? are an interesting flashback to 90’s rock including anthemic choruses and a grungy edge. They draw similarities from artists such as Alanis Morissette, Foo Fighters, and The Distillers among others. I like what this band is about they just do their own thing and have a unique brand of intense, engaging rock

Single Reviews: And So It Went (feat. Tom Morello)

I really enjoyed the energy on this track having listened to it many times already the enjoyment doesn’t seem to have faded. The inclusion of Morello is then like the icing on the cake and I liked that he didn’t try to outperform the rest of the band but added his own style into the performance.
